I have not done anything wrong here. My only mistake is doing the right thing and posting as a Merchant rather than doing the wrong thing and sockpuppeting with a chance of not being discovered as to avoid being prosecuted for being a merchant by users of OzBargain.
I am being targeted as a merchant. Not because of the content of my submission.
This is not fair; Oz Bargain should do something about it.
I'm happy to remove this…if I thought it was SPAM. I don't think this is SPAM and was asking a general question to those who said this is SPAM when the other 3 weren't.
People are entitled to their opinions, they think that the deal is SPAM, then they can vote that way.
What do you suggest Ozbargain do about it? I don't think you are being targeted as a merchant as many merchants post their items here without being called as SPAM. Perhaps because you linked to the frontpage of your website, and put no comparision with how much a Blackberry & LG unlocking costs normally, maybe that's why people think that.
OK, I accept your suggestions and I would love to apply them, however currently I cannot event edit the submission as the URL has had too much negitave feedback. I cant even fix my typo.
Currently my submission is Negative 4 in feedback for no valid reason. Can something please be done about this or does OzBargin not value nor want merchant submissions?
Voted negative because I view this more as advertisement then I do as bargain posting. Being that it points to his website.

@dansor: I’ve just had enough. I listed an offer that was 40% off the normal price (which is already cheaper than everyone else, if not I’ll price match) I did the right thing and list it with an account clearly associated with the offer and get smacked in the face by all.
The submission has been removed for no reason nor did anyone bother telling me. No one from OzBargain is willing to talk to me about it and when someone finally has something good to say, the same negative people had to discredit it.
40% off an already cheapest price in the market is a damn good deal. It's too bad it's been removed from OzBargain's eyes all because a few people automatically associate a merchants listing with spam, rather than actually checking it out.

But just to reiterate publicly:
A) You submission is still active (always has been)
B) I responded to you within 2 hours.
C) After a certain amount of negative votes, your deal will not show on the new deals page. That is an AUTOMATIC feature of this website.
D) The negative votes means that your domain is AUTOMATICALLY and temporarily banned from editing or posting new deals.
If perhaps you submitted the deal, telling people it's 40% off and perhaps even linking to someone with a higher price, then maybe you would have not received negative votes..Maybe.. This isn't an editorial process (unless it is SPAM), it's a voting process where the democracy voted against you. Such is life, we can't all be Hugh Jackman.
Xavier, although you are cheaper in price but it includes sending the phone to you. Unless you are local to the buyer, we have to consider shipping and waiting cost.
Other places offer a bit more expensive unlocking but faster method (less than 1 hour in most cases). These days, most people would pay more money for instant process.
Just an opinion maybe you should offer an instant unlock as well.
