  • I think 8X has better value,
better specs too (resolution, camera etc)

  • +3

8X is no doubt better on specs but you miss out on the Nokia exclusive apps. Imagine a Windows Phone without Nokia apps. 625 is better!

    • If sepecs are not important, then why not buy the 520 (forgot if it's called 520), cheaper and it's Nokia too.

Because the fact is the 625 and the 8x are very different, especially the pixel density, I bet the resolution of the 625 looks like crap on a 4.7" screen.

  • if you want a better screen, then go 625. if you want smaller then 8x. however nokia will provide better long term support and no matter the specs unlike android, the phone will run smooth on 800hz to dual core 1.2 etc

long term support - this phone will be obsolete like any other smart phone within 2-3 years, so not a big priority for me. I'll stick my with my htc8x thanks.

    • if you want a better screen, then go 625

With a resolution of 800 x 480, the display is not really a point in the 625's favour.

  • compare the 2 phones
    check pixel density
    double the ram
I have the 8X from last deal great little phone

I think if you want the Nokia brand then
the $199 Vodafone Lumnia 720 is a better deal

    • If 4G is a consideration then it's either the HTC 8X or Lumia 625.

    • I think the way Nokia name their phone made us very confusing like 620 is not better than 520, etc.
