After signing up it occurred to me this could be a fake site to collect personal info. I mean anyone can create a jotformpro form and collect data right? Anyone got even an acknowledgement email from Zinio?

I just put in fake name and address details, and got an email from [email protected] last night saying "October 2013 Shape is ready to read on Zinio!!".
