28 degrees max cash advance per day?

Hi Guys

thought id create a new thread since the other one is full of "nooo" comments

Anyway, I am going to the US on the 26th of Dec, so luckily have 3 days before the new policy kicks in for cash advances

I was just wondering if i am limited to a certain amount of money i can withdraw per day from an atm?

Also, If i was to withdraw money after the 1st of Jan, the new rules state that the fee is capped at $30. but is this cap referring to cash advances? because it says:

"except that if the cash advance is made by a direct transfer to a bank account nominated by you, this fee will not exceed $30 for that transaction"

so what classifies as a direct bank transfer?

$30 is = 3% of $1000
