upto 40% off, means probably 1 out of 100 only, most stock 10% to 20% off only (if they haven't marked up SRP).

How do the discounts get applied? For example if I click "Sleepwear" [sorted by price], the first item displayed is "Hanes ComfortSoft Crew Neck T- shirt". It shows a price of $14.95 normal, but has a red "On Sale" ribbon for $11.96. When I click "Details", it shows at $14.95, and adding it to the cart also does the same. When does it become $11.96? It still shows full price even at checkout.
