Hmmmm… Why go to the effort of loading and dumping your rubbish at the Tip, when you can get Ozbargainers to do it for you for free !!!!

      • +1

This company is truly an Ozbargainer. What is the cheapeast way to get rid of our "junk"? Give it away to our fellow bargain hunters.

Seriously minimum 1000… you will be bagged for life with that amount of plastic bags.

  • +4

SOMEONE please send them to SA- we don't have plastic bags anymore:'(

so everyone Buys bags to put their rubbish in ?

      FAIL.

      • yep. same with ACT. well, supermarkets can no longer give away plastic bags. they can sell them though. my local store sells plastic shopping bags for cheaper per bag than I can buy bin liner bags…soooo…back to square 1, except now I spend a few extra cents per shop. Way to save the environment, nanny government.

        • +5

And of course the bags you buy appear to have about 10x the amount of material in them. Great move for the environment.

      • Yep- you have to buy $1 reusable green bags at Woolies/Coles, paper 15c bags Kmart, but apparently Target are giving them away now??

      • Considering a rather large number of people don't use these bags as rubbish bags anyway, no it isn't a "fail". Not to mention, if you're forced to pay for the bag, the average person will "magically" be able to fit far more rubbish into one bag!

This reminds me of the joke about the pervert who went to the Bowls Club to grab a bunch of old bags.

Actually, I just made it up.

  • +2

Someone should buy that domain name given people will be advertising it free now on the plastic bags ;-)

    • +2

Given the comments above, the advertising will most likely be 'rubbish'

  • Hopefully they will recycle any plastic bags not given away for reuse.
