Good if you missed the recent sale on Steam. Also contains GFWL DRM, under Steam's DRM note that this does not work under Steam. See this comment on Amazon.

NOTE: The Games for Windows Live (GFWL) service will retire on the 1st of July, 2014. It should only affect the online portions of the game(Thanks PowerB for the tip).
