I think he was making a joke referring to the recent bombings where the pressure cooker was hidden in a back pack, took me a while to figure it out..

        • he is certainly good at making a joke;P

      NSA has you nailed

  • Seems like a good price for the features.

  • bought one thanks

  • Its been this price for ages, looked at getting one last xmas

  • Does anyone know when this sale ends? Thinking about getting one on the weekend but the trouble and strife would want to have a look at it first before we buy it.

    • Offer ends 23/10/2013
      Cheers

      • Thanks. Just called my local store, they have 8 in stock but there's no way to reserve one for me to pick up on Saturday. If I use Click & collect, I will have to wait for one to be specifically shipped to the store which won't be until next week. Stupid system.

The C&C system doesn't allow the store to just grab one off the shelf and put it out the back until you go and get it.

Might have to make a trip tonight to go and get one.

    • order one online first. if you dont like it, return it.

  • eXtremist you just not a pretty face.
    brownie points for getting one.

(I have no knowledge about pressure cookers… and can't find much details anywhere)

        • Emm… Ok - thanks dexxl

  • It's always been at this price at Harris Scarf, bought one Jan this year, the wife likes it the chicken is cooked and ready within 30 min.

  • Bought as a present for my parents. Cheers OP!

  • It is pretty good.. I can cook Stir Fry with SAUTE Function. Curry with Curry or Pot Roast Function. Rice and Borown Rice….

  • Sold out :-(

  • +1

It is sold out. I rang Target up the said they they would be replacing it with the Breville Fast Slow Cooker (Much Better) at 60% off retail ie $199 so it works out at $79. Excellent value… I had to confirm in-store with a supervisor before the check-out chick put it through. It was worth the wait as the "Fast Slow Cooker" is never below $149 in my experience…

    • Will it be available online?

    • Which Target did you go to? Do you know the replacement is only for your local Target or nation-wide?

      • target maroochydore… no idea if nation-wide… I just rang my local…

        • Thanks for the reply. Is there any chance you can upload a receipt of yours? I'm thinking to buy one by price match if I can.

        • Not sure how to do that…I tried but failed… Probably best to ring your local and see..cheers

        • That's fine. Don't worry about it.
I just bought the Ronson one in Bondi Junction Target. They have them instock.

  • Bought one yesterday from Melbourne City target, they had three left.

Think the manual has been improved since those reviews, seemed pretty straightforward to me.

Just cooked an asian soup in 40 minutes, very nice vs 3-4 hours. Much better than heating up the house on the electric stove top.

  • Bondi Junction Target has plenty stocks. I was told there was 18 unit available this morning. I bought one. I found there was more than 10 on the shelves when I was there couple hours ago.
BTW, Broadway Target has no stock.

  • i assume it can steam vegetables? what function do you use to do that?
