  These guys have the worst customer service known to human kind, and 2 weeks is a dead out lie - still waiting at 4 weeks

    I remember buying a MicroSD card from them, said it was being posted from their Sydney Warehouse but in reality it was at their Hong Kong warehouse.

    Either way, They sent it to my address but the postman didn't leave a collection note. 1 month later, I called up the post office and they told me it was sent back.

    Shopping Square did not advise me that it was posted back, ended up getting a refund. They are good when it comes to their HDMI cables but everything else, I'll avoid and spend that bit extra for service that delivers.

      Thats funny because it is over 4 weeks and your representative just said 'keep waiting' and claims everything is 'beyond our control'
      I was led to believe by your page it was coming from sydney too.

      I can see from your profile you have been on, but neither has replied to me. Why?
      Please just refund me, let me out of this! I have begged you to send some from sydney and let me send back the HK ones if they ever come, after you discovered you had stuffed up the posting, but all i have got is 'out of our control'. Just like the deliberately misleading site advertising is out of your control.
