  This drive in this has an integrated USB port, making it unsuitable if you ever wanted to put the drive inside a laptop/computer/media centre.

  Consider the Toshiba Canvio Basics 2TB instead for $134 + shipping if you want something with a standard SATA port (the drive inside is a Toshiba MQ01ABB200): http://www.itspot.com.au/product_info.php?products_id=103666…

  (Just remember that the drive height for these 2.5" 2TB drives is 15mm, making it too high for many laptops and other confined spaces.)

    I own one of these drives and it's awesome, but I always thought maybe there's the possibility of putting it in a laptop if I go travelling rather than carry it around separately.

    Was a great deal/day.

    Still is a good buy at this price until some price drops happen (overdue for SSD and HDD 2 years after the Thailand floods).
