      I don't mind .. (this is where ozbargain and stacking up discount itunes cards help :P )

    What's the difference between this and the official twitter client?, is it just the looks?

      It's the looks, and the design. Plus, I think it's got more powerful muting/filtering of hashtags you don't want to read(#ad, #spons etc) than the official client.

      Finally, you can mute trolls, rather than block them. Blocking via Twitter (I think) notifies the blockee; muting just silences them, so they can continue talking crap without taking any of your time. iCloud syncing means the same settings apply to all of your devices.

    Hmm. One of my favourite features of the previous version was changing the Timeline to a list by selecting it on the main screen. I know you can change one of the last tabs to choose lists, then select the list you want… but the previous way was much faster.

    Also, I can't seem to make the font smaller from within the app.

    You should put in the info that it;s IOS 7 only, won't work with previous versions so won't work on an iphone 3GS…

    Interesting. Have to say I've pretty much stopped using Tweetbot since getting Twitterrific 5. The main feature I liked with Tweetbot was the ability to view just pictures. Icon looks nicer tho.

    Might give this one a miss…

      I was thinking the same, a lot of people have complained that Tapbots didn't release an update for iOS7 until now but the old one looks and functions fine for me.
      You're basically paying for new animations, new sounds and the iOS7 keyboard plus it looks like the iOS7 apple apps
