As per the title, Kmart is having a sale on selected LEGO. I found that their sale item discounts varied, though most came in at just over 25% off. Taking into account that their start price is already below RRP, this makes local LEGO comparatively on par with prices in the US (some even better those prices), even after discounts like the ones currently on offer at toysrus.com, of items that can be shipped here via Amazon.

Shipping is an additional $10 (at least to Metro Melbourne) if ordering online. Though the store that I went into (Melton, VIC) also had some items like the LEGO TMNT Shellraiser Street Chase 79104 on clearance for $69, so it may be a good idea to check your local.
If someone finds further discounts, or thinks I've got it wrong, post away. I know that Big W is set to have their dedicated toy sale from this Thursday 31st Oct 2013, with decent prices on LEGO city, so there may be further bargains there. I'm unsure as to the end date of the Kmart sale, best guess would be Thursday 31st Oct 2013.
