I guess for the price, it's unlikely to be a waterproof/breathable fabric like Gore-Tex.
it's got air vents in strategic places but i still found i got quite warm. i keep a couple of spares for cycling, home, etc
great to keep in the car for when we are out and it starts raining. thanks 'bargain'
It' been at this price for a long while. The material is quite thin. I wouldn't be surprised if it tears or holes are found after a few uses. I haven't had a chance to wear it yet.

some rain jackets will eventually absorb water - particularly when it pools near seems etc.
or seams to be in the pool.
I think waterproof uses materials like PVC. No water in or out so it can become sweaty to wear.
Water resistant would be those fabrics that are 90%, 80% etc… They allow sweat vapour out but also allow a small degree of moisture in.
If anyone is looking for an excuse to buy: Walter White for Halloween. Just sayin…

i bought a couple of pairs of these when they were $3.83. they are ok. it comes with top + bottom. i managed to rip the top being a bit rough with it. i find i get hot quite quickly with the top on.
