      I have a few of the brighter and have made my own custom p60 drop-ins.

      Comes with the 3xAAA adaptor, but im using a 18650 battery. Brightness is pretty good. Switch works well except when you turn it on it goes to the next setting. Body wise there werent any marks.

      Im happy with it.

      Edit: Some torches tend to have different LEDs and circuits than that specified. I havent checked this one yet. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

    Can't seem to get it to work. I'm using 3 AAA's in the adapter; seems I got a dud. Or is it worth buying an 18650 and trying it out?

      I noticed the torch was too long for the adapter. If you have not done so, you can remove a section of the torch (the bit that the cap/switch screws onto), and then it fits.
