I am aware that iTunes cards are discounted from time to time, but I wanted to know what is the best discount on them? Is half-price a thing? I've seen $40 for a $50 card which seems OK, but at 20% it might not be as good as I can get. I've not bought them before so I'd be grateful for any help.

Agreed, but it was months ago since the last one (that I can remember). Still waiting for it to come back, they were strict on one per person :(
Thanks. It looks like 20-25% is the best discount normally available, unless there is a half-price super sale and you can get to the store and fight the crowd in the one hour they are available :)
No last time Harvey Norman had a buy one get one free deal, they were freely available, at the store I went to anyway. I went in the arvo and they still had heaps of stock left. And you could also order online and do click and collect.

Harvey norman comes up with buy one get one free offers every few months. I think I saw a $50 card for 40 bucks in DSE going on right now…
