Too many people seems to have a similar problem; the tray filling up and nothing going in the cup.
And the customer service is repeatedly reported to be very rude.

120 pods in a year @ $0.70/pod, they give you a FREE COFFEE MACHINE with 2 years back to base warranty. Its coffee taste better (tried them in Good Food Show) compared to Nespresso pods. My Nespresso pods taste so bad now I am getting Coles Ethiopian pods, works out to be $0.4 each but tastes better. Should get the machine with this offer instead of buying the Nespresso machine.
