I strongly recommend you do NOT buy from Bulk Proteins

After 2 weeks after the purchase of 3kg of WPI whey protein I can strongly say that everyone should steer clear of Bulk Proteins, for many reasons, namely its poor quality product but also its lack of professionalism within the business.

MAIN ISSUE: Poor quality and taste.

For the 3 flavours I've ordered (chocolate, vanilla and banana), there was absolutely no taste whatsoever. If you mix it with water, you would think you'd be drinking brown coloured water with very tiny pieces of a chocolate flavouring agent that does not dissolve. If you try chewing it, it is either too small or it will get stuck on your teeth so you must just chug this concoction of flavourless brown water with tiny clumps. And I repeat, there is absolutely no chocolate flavouring at all.

ISSUE 2: Lack of professionalism and quality control.
After receiving my 3 satchets of 1kg packages, I had realised they did not come with scoops even though they were supposed to. After addressing this issue via email, they had promised to send it over immediately. To this day and after 3 weeks I am still waiting. I have tried to chase up on this but they no longer reply to my emails. Other consumers who have received the scoops complained that the scoop is in millilitres not in grams, which renders the scoop useless.

Also, after being extremely dissatisfied with the lack of flavour in the product I visited their Facebook page to post a complaint, only to find many other customers with similar issues. Their excuse for this was:

"We left our last flavour testing in the hands of Jeff our biggest WPI user and we should have known that leaving it with someone who drinks WPI unflavoured and loves it wasn't going to be suited for everyone."

But this comment only reveals more concerns. Firstly instead of apologising they shift the blame to an individual named Jeff that may or may not exist. Secondly, this shows their lack of quality control management as only one person had tested the product. Thirdly, it makes no sense as they assumed that the opinion of one tester catered for the likes of their entire customer base.

My verdict:
Taste: 0/10, does not exist
Mixability: 5/10, chocolate clumps can't be dissolved
Price: 9/10, was the cheapest but price reflects quality

I have been a consumer of whey protein for a long time and I strongly recommend you do not purchase this company's products, no matter the price. I have received over 12 samples of BULK NUTRIENT's WPI and WPC in many flavours and thereafter purchased 5kg of WPI in many flavours and it has been flawless. The postage extremely cheap and stupidly fast. The customer service is fantastic and fast also. Pay a bit more and receive that higher quality product and service, because I can truly say that saving that few extra dollars by buying from BulkProteins has not been worth it at all because I've never come across a company that has messed up so badly in every aspect.

If people want to go branded - I've used xtremewarehouse, 2 or 3 business days to my doorstep, pretty good service.

Can't imagine why this got negged.

Using them for Optimum Nutrition stuff over the last few months and they've had low prices and fast, free delivery, no issues.

Coupon code xtreme still gives 7% off, use it.

  • i agree, these people flog "free" samples and cant even get their act together to supply the masses with what they promise. As for a good protein brand all round, I suggest Max's, although they are expensive. I guess you get what you pay for..

have a look at no bull supplements. i have ordered many kilos of wpi and never have been disappointed. flavours i would recommend banana, strawberry, chocolate. decent price too.

If I were serious about BB, I wouldn't go with nobull… after their WPI tested positive to low-protein content, forum posts got wiped off the face of earth (the ones that had evidence) thanks to NB spamming cease-and-desist letters to forums

I concur with cwongtech, but even if you weren't serious about BB don't buy from this mob, after their whole low protein fiasco. I did the home test (from BulkNutrients) 3 out of my 4 protein from them failed. I sent them to NMI via BulkN covering the costs hopefully I'll get the results soon.

They fixed the issue now but how the dealt with people who clearly got shit protein was absolutely appalling.

Bulk Nutrients, like these guys said. Reliable, competitively-priced, big range of flavours and you know you're getting what's on the label. They're the ones that sell the kits for testing protein levels.

Some may go back to NoBull Supps since they cleaned up their act, but not me - any company that would deceive on such a massive scale does not deserve a second chance imo. I can't forget how vigorously and systematically they tried to deflect and deny the initial claims (yes, I read all the posts as it unfolded).

The worst part is the number of ebay sellers and other operators who were re-labelling NBS for resale.

My advice - this is one of those lessons in reputation: NBS' reputation should keep customers away. BN's reputation makes them worthy of the sale.

Not a rep, just an educated buyer.

I personally know the owner of No Bull Supplements and I could tell you now that he has vested a lot of time and effort into making sure consumers receive the best bang for their buck with top quality supplements.

It has been months now since he changed to a new supplier and his quality standards are more stringent now. After being on Bulk Nutrients for months, I decided to try No Bull's products after much convincing and I am more than satisfied with it.

Each to their own I suppose

  • +1

Absolutely right, i would not touch No bull products anymore

  • Lokesh7 what do you recommend ?

    • I have gone back to optimum nutrition for now…..only because of No bull horror story I cant get myself to trust any of these new companies anymore. But in future i might try Bulk nutritents as every one here seems to like them. But then again every one here (including me) loved No Bull before forum posts came out

        • +3

Yet there have been various reports of under-spec protein from batches before June 2013. And you continue legal threats to anyone who post these results about your Full of Bull protein.

        • As per the No Bull rep's lengthy post, he has made radical changes with a massive focus on Quality Assurance.

Plenty of companies have historically had cock-ups which have either been due to a manufacturing fault or due to an outsourced manufacturer/supplier not meeting the quality assumed by said company. Examples include rats found in Mother cans, car manufacturers making recalls due to identified issues (e.g. Volkswagen, Holden and most other car manufacturers), bad quality meat from Coles/Woolies etc. What do all these companies and No Bull have in common? They learn about an incident, take appropriate and immediate action to rectify it, and remediate and compensate those affected. Do we all still shop at Coles/Woolies despite all the horrifying experiences we've heard? Of course.

I'm actually quite pleased and satisfied with the prompt and thorough communication provided by No Bull about their manufacturing fault. I am also very pleased to hear that they're now probably the only one of many supplement companies who have a thorough protein quality check in place to ensure all their products provided by their suppliers are up to spec.

          Yours truly,
A very happy No Bull Supplement customer

Fairly impressed with whoever is responding as the NBS rep. You got balls, buddy, facing the wrath of an angry mob. Much better than other reps who break down in a crap situation.

Just need some time for the stains to wash out a little, good luck in the future.
P.s. perhaps you need to start offering some samples/superb deals to recapture your lost market share. Just saying, it might help.

        • -1

To add, I just noticed this on their FB page: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=598183646907328&set=…

I stick by my guns (no pun intended lol)

        • +1

yeah they constantly deny that any other batches were affected, despite some user testing of your protein powder up to 12 months older than this being of dodgy consistency and far less protein content. And then proceed to remove any trace of this from the internet where new users may find out about this.
I myself have had two orders of NoBull protein and they were of entirely different consistency and density to each other, and while they were not ordered in the so-called 'june 2013' dodgy batch, at least one of those must have been an inferior product (if not both…)
          Never shopping with NBS again.

        • -3

What proof do you have about them being dodgy for 12 months? As soon as the owner found out they were being supplied a bad batch they took immediate and effective action

        • +4

Evidence is hard to come by now due to the owner threatening a number of forums who subsequently removed test results. Yes effective action in silencing the truth about their dodgy protein.

        • I just wanted to add I got my results back from NMI batch from LAST YEAR WPI FLAVORS ~44%, I can post official test results but I fear NBS will get their legal on my ass asap.

Also they fixed the problem so no point adding more fuel to the fire but their handling of customers was extremely atrocious.
I won't be buying from them or any protein, sticking to food.

    On's all the way

  • My vote goes to http://ozcoresupplements.com.au/

I met the owner of this brand last month, he is a ex-boxer. I was pretty skeptical at first but HIGHLY recommend the WPI
Really light and fluffy, doesn't clump and is watery.. no crap in it, just clean WPI.
I'm now on my 3rd bag, Choc flavour is typical. Banana isn't too strong in flavour, Vanilla is the best by far.. Results wise I don't have much to compare off because my training is quite different. However this has been the best, cleanest and affordable WPI i have used.

Bags are small enough and you need to use 2 scoops .. So none of this wasting $100 ok a xkilo bag of a bad flavour.

100% worth it, really would like to hear some results though

    Why's OP in penalty box?

  • +7

Considering they were initially charging for samples was a bit poor. It was only after outcry from OzB that they made them free.

And on that - has anyone received any samples from this mob? I ordered some a number of weeks back. Still nothing…

  • +7

I am 100% with the OP. My samples haven't come yet. My paid order was shipped 2 WEEKS after payment!
I didn't receive a scoop either, so just used an old ON one.
Taste would be 0/10 definitely - I feel like throwing up every time I drink it; with milk or water, doesn't matter (many of you will say suck it up, but for me, taste is a big factor). Price is pretty meh when you account for all these factors. It's a shame; I was really looking for a good competitor in the market. I suppose I'll go back to venom or BN

    • Same. I got my Creatine paid order 2 weeks afterwards. No sign of the free samples.

I suppose i'm ok with super slow delivery of -free- samples…if all those promises of quick shipping etc hadn't been made. Just makes the mob look bad now imo.

    • +1

I bought the 500g bag of WPI, which still has yet to arrive. It's apparently been 3 weeks with "Fastway" couriers.

I never received a shipping notification about my free samples, so who knows what's up with those?

      • +1

No bloody idea. I emailed them about the samples a couple weeks ago and still no reply.

    • I paid for the samples before they were offered for free. I never received my refund as promised…and still waiting for the samples.

  • Do you fart a lot? it had this affect on me, I now stick with real food eaten often in small amounts and I don't feel the need to go back to the powder.

    • Reduce carb intake.

Lodging paypal dispute and escalation now… SCAM/SCUM BAGS!!!!

      EDIT
And it all makes sense now… sounds like the scam was all planned… and purchased fake facebook likes in the space of a couple of days:
      https://www.facebook.com/bulkproteins/likes

      • None of those business names were ever used. They are just owned by the company. The facebook likes are also just a result of the samples as customers have a choice to either like our page or wait a few seconds.

        • +7

I thoroughly appreciate you taking the time to reply despite the odds against you.. but just some points that cannot be hidden:

          • You went from 0 Likes to 1,142 Likes in 7 days from 06/10/13 to 13/10/13 which is typical of purchased facebook likes that anyone can buy.
          • Your Free samples post (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/119412) didn't start until 13/10/13 (after the above fact) so it has nothing to do with the rapid growth.

          • And putting up 2 specials and a freebie thread exactly a month after de-registering your company

Despite there being many many intelligent people here, some (like me) fell for the whole responsive "Store Rep" thing like your doing now and gave you a chance.. as despite being "Professional Bargain Hunters".. we do like to give small/startup Aussie companies a go… but stupid us this time…

        • As mentioned the likes are from the sample sale and just launching in general. We have no need to buy any, you'll see some comments on ozbargain about our like count being lower than our upvotes. This was before we launched the sample items.

As for deregistering, this has been the most painful thing to our company and has made doing our jobs very hard. I admit it is our fault as we didn't correctly change our address with ASIC when we moved. This lead to us not receiving the required forms from ASIC and because we missed submitting them. ASIC automatically de-registered us, we have applied to ASIC with information showing that we were trading and active at the time of deregisteration and they will review and make a decision. If for some reason it doesn't go as expected we will launch Bulk Proteins Pty Ltd rather than using an existing business.

        • Wow, good point. This business is nothing but gimmickry and deceit.

  • +6
  • +2

We are truly sorry that you didn't like our product. Our goal is to provide customers with the best possible product and service we can. I'll just go in to a bit more detail about the above issues.

We launched our flavour range with the sale and this was definitely a mistake. The comment you mention that is on facebook was not a very thorough response. When we were developing the flavour range we took the input of all of our staff and which direction to take. From these discussions a few people raised the same idea of a flavouring strength that wasn't as high as other brands. So we let one of the staff who had the concern to work on the flavouring strength and then was taste tested across everybody. The reasoning behind this was to release a flavoured range that didn't leave you feeling like you drank a milkshake before workout but instead covered the taste of the underlying protein and left a subtle taste behind. The big mistake in this was the fact that this information wasn't included on the website and people who use other products had the expectations that our product would be very similar in taste. What we are also well aware of is that majority of our flavoured whey protein would like a stronger flavour and we are now working hard to redevelop our flavour range in flavour and improving our mixability to the 10/10 rating that we would like to achieve.

Just a quick note on the chocolate flavouring and the mix-ability issues. The brown pieces you are referring to is just pure cocoa. It will dissolve but cocoa has really poor solubility in cold water. The clumping isn't normal and was never present in our test products. We are working on sourcing new cocoa to avoid this ever happening again.

As for the scoop issue we have been sending out scoops for the very few orders that were missed. As you mentioned you have emailed us again the guys will no doubt respond and fix this up. We are well behind in emails and the guys are still working hard to try and get through all of them.

Our steps for the future as follows, we are going to go back to our basic range of products while we redevelop our flavour range as people have been very happy with our unflavoured protein, creatine and other products. The next step after we have developed a few different options is to get a select range of willing customers to test them out and provide us feedback. Once we have then received a 10/10 rating for flavour and mix-ability across all of our testers we will be running a promotion on ozbargain for 100 people to receive the full range of our new flavouring at no cost. Then once they receive the product we will wait for feedback and if the response is positive we will provide a new sale on the range for a limited time as an apology for the people who wanted a full flavoured protein.

Also just on the last few comments I can see. Our site is currently down while we make some changes. We previously didn't run inventory limits and we are now implementing this and modifying our product range and it should be up again shortly. For anyone with customer service questions please email [email protected]

    • +2

All we get is just promises… ordered items more than a month ago and yet the items havent arrived… never again… we trusted your words "proudly australian" and "support small business" but you are not doing any justice to our trust…

      • I completely understand where you are coming from I've had my share of bad experiences and would never have thought we would be the cause of the same actions. If we could do it again we would have done things very differently. All we can do now is step back, fix all our issues and then try to gain the trust of people again.

        • +3

Thoroughly enjoyed the the imaginary sample, brb imagining taste since no sample ;)

        • The samples will come, however as soon as we started getting feedback from the flavours we held off until we got the feedback of majority customers. We now know our decision with the flavours was not what people wanted and sending out samples of this would be just a waste of time, money and protein. So as soon as we get the new flavours sorted we will send out samples for these. If you ordered pure products then we are going to start processing these soon.

        • +1

          @Evulse

I think it may be better to send out a few people to gyms for sample taste-testing your new range (before you proceed with revised samples).
And for those who participate (physically), offer a coupon code or something (Make them 1-use only or something, and random!), that would give them a one-time offer of like 20% off/free shipping their first order.

    • +1

You'd think that a protein company would try and get it to mix well in cold water since that is what runs out of the water fountains in all gyms. I've also been promised of a scoop since it was forgotten but I still haven't received it.

The bottom line is you had the best opportunity to make a first impression to the market with your prices that your competitors couldn't beat. Instead you blew that opportunity with your poor quality product. All I can say is good luck to you guys to try and bounce back from this. All I've been hearing about Bulk Proteins is just negative reviews from friends and forums.

Like OP and many others have said, save your troubles and head to Bulk Nutrients. I've just ordered my 5kg package which is expected to arrive in less than a week's time, and countless online reviews, friends and online individuals prove that this company is top quality (price is very good as well).

You pay peanuts, you get peanuts. Everyone knows their protein tastes like ass but some people workout/body-build on a budget and dont have a choice, its good to have cheaper prices but be prepared to gag.

  • I agree with everything in the OP. Unfortunately I've got 10kgs and have taken to shotgunning the chunks with a bit of water as the powder does not dissolve.
Coming from 10kgs of chocolate mint Bulk Nutrients protein, I appreciate that Bulk Proteins have tried to cut down on the sweetness. However the resulting protein can hardly be considered 'flavoured'.

And in case anyone was wondering about shipping:
    Order confirmed - Oct 10th
    Order shipped - Oct 18th
Order received - Oct 28th via Fastway

I'm sorry you're off to such a shaky start BulkProteins, hope you sort everything out as I'd love a protein that doesn't taste like liquid sugar.

Also - one leveled scoop is approx 12gms. Hope that helps

    • +1

moite you could always drink the water and then eat the chunks of undissolved protein with a spoon like a dessert. One might say they've revolutionised the way people eat protein!

      • Would all that chewing be considered cardio? I don't want to ruin my bulk.

  • -2

Regarding all the bleating about 'taste'

This company was selling bottom-shelf products at an extremely competitive price.

The product is 'cheap protein powder'. If it lacked 'protein' you would have just grounds to complain.

Buying the cheapest possible food product and then complaining about flavour - you got exactly what you paid for.

If you dont like the taste, here's an idea, whack some flavouring that you do like into the shake.

Or, what about, shelling out some money for a name-branded product that already has a bunch of costly flavoring ingredients added to it.

Just amazes me that these guys are getting raked over the coals for something as simple as taste on a cheap-o protein powder. Its not that hard to add something to the mix. It was never sold to anyone as the 'best tasting' product available. It was simply marketed as 'cheap' and containing protein. If you overlooked that, then you failed caveat emptor.

    • +1

The taste is irrelevant because I haven't received a damn thing, they've taken my money and ran with it, they're thieves.

Remember the name Mike Angell from Evulse, he is a scam artist.

    • +3

The reason I've purchased chocolate flavour and not unflavoured is so that I didn't need to add anything else into the powder other than water, for convenience purposes. If i wanted to "whack some flavouring" in there i'd have purchased unflavoured WPI. The product was advertised as "chocolate WPI protein", so it is expected that there is some sort of chocolate flavour. I don't think you know what you are talking about or have any basic knowledge in supplements. I agree it wasn't advertised as "best tasting" but the issue is that there is NO taste at all, when they have advertised chocolate.

If you purchased Home Brand chocolate milk but instead what you got was just brown milk with no chocolate flavour at all, wouldn't you be highly dissatisfied as well? It's expected that there is already flavouring in there instead of you adding milo or nesquik to it. If you were after non flavoured milk you'd just buy regular cow milk.

The chief issue we all have as dissatisfied customers is that what they've advertised goes against what the product actually is, which is a form of deceit and dishonesty.

Your whole rant could have been summed up as "I didnt like the taste but I got what I paid for"

Others are saying the stuff tastes OK. That means its pretty much down to you, so no dishonesty on the seller's part in this instance, despite what you claim.

Its telling though, that you continue to try to assassinate them here just because you, personally, didnt like the flavour.

You should take a leaf out of spoonmugen's book. He didnt even receive any product but he reckons it was delicious, anyway. Now thats a ten-out-of-ten attitude, right there!

        You, not so much.

        "eat your vegetables, young man"

        :P

        • I +1 to counter whoever -1 your post mate…

        • I can tell you have never had any sort of whey protein supplements before. I hate to repeat myself but there was NO flavour. They advertised chocolate and there was no flavour but just chunky brown water. I don't know how I can make that any more succinct. This isn't just a personal opinion, countless number of individuals in this thread alone has vouched for my rating of taste, not to mention the other social platforms such as Facebook or bodybuilding forums. This goes without saying but every supplement that claims to have a certain flavour should taste that way, it's just common sense.

Half my rant was flavour, other half was professionalism. Delays in postage that countless individuals have had, no replies to email, again the experience of countless individuals also. Refer to the subtitle "issue 2" where i elaborate on their customer service.

I'm not a debbie downer that'll always be unhappy with anything and try and find faults in a product but this product is downright disgraceful.

Also, the price wasn't always that low, they were having a 20% off sale. If it wasn't for that, their prices would be in par with Bulk Nutrients, which is a business that is so much more superior with countless number of positive experiences just in this thread.

I do not want to argue with you further because I feel you don't have the adequate knowledge or experience to express such opinions. Tell me if you have had whey protein and tell me if you have tasted Bulk Proteins.

Hey sausagedelay, do you like hot chocolate?
If you do, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey - Double Rich Chocolate Flavour literally tastes like.. cold hot chocolate. Just make sure you don't use too much water (follow the instructions of 1 scoop of protein powder to 6-8oz of water around 180ml-240ml)
          Go to
          http://xtremewarehouse.com.au/662-optimum-nutrition-100-whey…
Use code Xtreme for 7% off
You get a free shaker and it's free delivery.
It's the same price (without coupon) as Vitaminking but with free deliver + free shaker.
There is a way to get it slightly cheaper as well (from Vitacost) but that requires a rather tedious method.
The protein content is around 80% from memory, but you don't need a mixer ball at all to mix ON's Gold Standard Whey, it just dissolves very easily with water. The time you will need a mixer ball is when you start looking at casein protein, that stuff clumps up very quickly when it touches any moisture.
The flavours I've tried are Double Rich Chocolate (tastes like hot chocolate), chocolate mint (it's alright), and mocha (THE BEST!)

Let me know if you like that product via PM, and I'll send you instructions for the tedious method (slightly cheaper, 2lb orders) if you want.
I've ordered from xtremewarehouse before, and it took 3 or 4 days from memory for payment to my doorstep, pretty quick for being the cheapest in australia in regards to ON GS (without having to haggle). I'm fairly sure you'll love ON's Double Rich Chocolate.

Personally I stay with branded products because the price I can get it for (well for ON) is basically the same as the bulk protein guys. With any protein supplements, make sure you drink lots of water to help your kidneys out!
          Happy lifting :)

        • Cheers for those helpful tips, unfortunately I won't be buying any supplements for the next 3 months (at least) as I've purchased 3kg of WPI from BulkProteins. But I'll check up on that deal once I'm done with what I have now. Thanks again cwongtech.

    Our experience with Bulk Proteins:

We put in our orders Oct 16, and wasn't expecting it to be shipped immediately—they had posted on their website that they were receiving a massive influx of orders, fine.

We did though receive a shipping confirmation for our house's 2 orders of 1x500g vanilla and 1x500g chocolate WPI on Oct 18, which was great. So far so good, that was sooner than I expected.

Here's where the issue starts— nearly THREE WEEKS LATER, still no sign of either order. I scour the website for a phone number to call, nothing. Nothing but email/contact form to use to get ahold of these people. An Australian business only contactable through an online contact form, seriously? Anyway I write in, demanding to know what happened to my order, asking for a refund.

No word for several days, which inspires me to write another angry email. I'm on the verge of filing a Paypal dispute for non-delivery when BP finally sends me an email saying 'Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but we sent your order! You've received it!'

What? Hell no I haven't. In addition to this I did also get what reads like an auto-generated "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SENT" email in response to the contact form, though at least this time it has tracking numbers attached. Fine, I'll watch the tracking info.

Late last week we finally got the vanilla WPI. Today we finally received the chocolate powder.

Maybe in 1995 this kind of slowness with shipping times WITHIN AUSTRALIA was acceptable, but not in 2013 it isn't Bulk Proteins! For comparison, I ordered a parcel from iHerb, an American company, and I got it within a WEEK. Just recently I bought a Samsung S4 from eGlobal and I got it within 5 calendar days! How can you run an online Australian business and utilise a shipping method that cannot deliver within the country within 3 days of shipping? It's ludicrous. AusPost's snail mail is better. For this type of wait, I'd have expected the shipping to be free, it's so sub-standard.

Without these guys changing their shipping providers, and then offering free shipping, I'm afraid I am never buying from them again. Not worth the hassle.

NB: On the other hand the taste of the powders themselves don't worry me too much—artificial sweetener is definitely in there and results in a slightly gross aftertaste, but I didn't find them overpoweringly sweet. Not the best tasting I've ever had, but definitely within the realm of acceptable.

  • Ordered a few KG of protein. Over a month and still nothing. Have now lodged a dispute with paypal. Hope they do the right thing and just refund my money.
Had high hopes for this company, came along at just the right time (after the nobull problems). Such a shame.

    • Happy one + month of waiting.. Were in the same boat here BS excuses and non responses.. now just waiting for them to reply to paypal.. They still haven't responded to our paypal resolution requests. Hiding I guess.. internet makes then internet takes away..

      • No doubt you have contacted us before but can you PM your order details. We now only have a few outstanding orders and are either processing refunds or giving out some free gear in additional to your order for the ridiculous delays.

        • Order #1284 any idea what the issue?? Was ordered on the 12th October with 3 day delivery.. You may want to check your Paypal Emails. On the 28th Ryan sent an email stating

"I will personally find out what is happening with your order and make sure you receive it in the next few days."

          Heard nothing since.

          Update on my order;
My order arrived today Via Regular Parcel Post. It took 39 Days for it to be delivered we paid $12.95 for express delivery @ first purchased this item. Email from them confirmed a refund would be coming due to postage change. Just waiting for the postage refund. Will keep updated..

At least you have yours. They managed to 'find' and post my order last week (a few days after I requested a refund), still haven't received anything yet though.
When I asked about the postage refund they said "As for the refund, the guys are going through tomorrow and processing them". This was just under 4 weeks ago.

We are still trying to get the refunds processed, we are in a hard position at the moment with Paypal as they are making us jump through hoops to be able to do anything in our account due to the delays which caused people to lodge Paypal Disputes (Which were definitely warranted considering the delays) which then caused Paypal to put our account under review. We are hoping to clear this up in the coming days but its hard as communication although fast on our side takes 2 days from Paypal between each response and submission of details.

My order is #9635 from you guys BULKPROTEIN. I wan you refund my money.
I ordered 5kg of WPI from you guys 2 weeks ago, and until now receive nothing . I ve recently emailed you as well but never receive your reply.
Today, i decided to call them and visit their website but It's already down. I have no idea with my order. how do i request refund. I ordered with my credit card. Seem like it is not good company.

    • Two weeks isn't necessarily outside a reasonable timeframe to receive a product, especially with production lines…
