I just noticed that ubank are now offering home loans for new purchases as well now. I don't know when it changed but i was under the impression that they only offer refinancing. I think this make them the cheapest home loan provider in Australia? I am not sure if its ok to put it as a deal or if its been already covered so just posting it as a Forum topic.
3yr fixed 4.73% looks to be the best on the market if you compare using ratecity.
