Are these powerball by nsd? Or some knockoff Brand? Great deal if its genuine

    • +1

Really a great deal? It seems like one of those gimmick TV infomercial products…

I assume the quality/price is in between the expensive and the cheap chinese rip-off ones, according to similar products on ebay.
Doesn't look like a bad deal to me, and those thingies are awesome and fun, used to have 2, hard to resist temptation.

    • Max 12,000RPM - don't think it's a genuine NSD.

its like ned flanders and arnold schwarzenegger had a baby……

    • Yep, a little bit, but the tutorial can really help you

      • It surely helped me appreciate the life in 2013 and not look back to 2008.

    • Hahahaha genius!

    • Wow. Indeedally doodally.

    • Haha! "let me show you my credentials!"

  • Just one Powerball.

Didn't realise these were worth that much… got a genuine one for free doing a Juniper course but couldn't work out how to use it :| Gave up and think I chucked it

I thought this will pick the winning powerball numbers….. just let it spin on the desk and watch it move to the numbers laying around the desk….

    • a powerhit entry gets you the powerball number every time

  • These are quite fun (once you try them a few times to get the hang of how they work) and really build up your strength. Original ones (ie. the best NSD-manufactured Powerballs) can be sourced from www.powerballs.com and other retailers like amazon. I like the ones that light up.

Product has various names in different markets, which only adds to some confusion. Getting the NSD-manufactured ones is the best (as above) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyroscopic_exercise_tool

Taiwanese company that makes the best ones.

NSD don't sell to the general public.

Happy to give positive once this is fixed, but its annoying how the site always does this as I purchased a few other things and same problem

thought my neg might be a bit harsh so tried to remove it but it wont let me :(

    • Note: 6% discount did not work for the promotion items

  • does it have the lcd screen? Cause it's not mentioned anywhere in the description.the lcd model is more fun cause it has different tasks to do. Also 12000 rpm is a bit too low. With the original one I remember i could do much more than that after a week of training. Also if they are not original and the quality is not good they will start making noise and cause a lot of vibration after a few days(owned both original and knock off a few years back)

    • LED light will automatically shine at high speed rotating, and it has lcd display screen

    • My record with the original one was about 13500 RPM, so 12000 is not enough.

You are at the expert level.

It says the ball can improve the strength of fingers.. Is that the fingers of the hand holding the ball or the hand pulling the string ? If we want to improve both hands do we need to buy two of these ball and get someone to hold the ball or pull the string ?
Do you have a battery powered version ?

    • +2

what you want to do is hold both balls firmly in your hands and have someone else, firmly, pull the string.

      • hohoho..

    • Fingers of the hand holding the ball. It feels really heavy when rotating on high speed.
You can start the ball without the string after some training:

    • This product is powered by itself, no battery is needed. But the lcd screen need 2 button battery :)
