  • Give us some cheap Note 3 and S4 prices. It's time for the Xmas price wars to begin.

  • Quite a good price for Xperia Z Ultra…but i'm going to go to HK and get it instead

Will I be subject to GST when buying that body? and how long is standard shipping?

    • Thank you for your interest to shop with us.
Unfortunately, it wont be subject to GST when buying that body.
Standard shipping to metropolitan areas: 2 - 5 working days

  • Same price for the Xperia Z at MSY… sigh

    • link? this is the xperia z ULTRA

  • Had an Xperia Z Ultra since they were released (bought mine in HK) and wouldn't go back to a smaller phone now. Fits in all my pockets easily and is amazing value at just over $500 here.

  • Bought the XZU from these guys a couple of weeks ago. The camera is the only con, but….other than that, it's the best phone I've ever had. I don't even need to use my laptop or tablet anymore thanks to the perfectly-sized screen. And yes, it fits in nearly all my pockets.

Shipping was pretty good. Bought on a Saturday, attempted delivery that same Thursday (DHL just assumed my work was shut because it was a tad over 5 pm). Got it the next day.

Happy with DWI and the phone at this stage.

    • Thank you for your positive feedback.
And we are looking forward to serve you again. :)

  • Any deal for the z1?

    • We sure will consider a deal for Sony Z1 soon. Stay tuned.

  • My experience with DWI thus far (issue still unresolved) has been extremely frustrating and costly.
I bought a set of RS170 headphones during their last deal.
Item was DOA, they refused to pay for postage back because the item got to their warehouse after the 14 days (even though I emailed them the day after I received them!).
They then refused to send a new pair, and instead try to repair then, because they were returned a day or two after their 14 day policy.
Their Sydney service centre then deemed them to work perfectly fine (after I, and 3 other work collegues deemed otherwise), and they won't send them back to me until I pay another postage fee of $15.
This will leave me with a faulty pair of headphones, 3x postage fees and no less than three months from when I ordered and paid.

As I said - issue still unresolved - hopefully they come around and listen to their consumers.

    • Paypal?

      • +1

I really hope it doesn't come to that, but yes that is an option.

      • Both your service agency and 4 or 5 people at your helpdesk have my RMA number spread across the dozens of emails I've sent over the last couple of months - no need at this stage to open a 3rd channel of communication.

I'm sure you'll contact me this week and this will all come to a happy conclusion. Heck I might even get a pair of working headphones out of it!
