    I burn quite a few calories just downloading an app. It's stressful on the fingers

    Just take out all the junk foods and you'll be alright. Chips/Maccus/lollies/SUGARY foods ect… are junks.

      You can still gain weight eating "healthy". You can lose weight eating only junk food. Energy balance is what determines weight gain or loss - that's why tracking calories is important. Eat more calories than you burn and you will gain weight, eat fewer calories than you burn and you will lose weight.

      • Portion size is also important in controlling calorie intake. You can still snack on junk, but not get fat if you limit yourself.

        One way of reducing portion size is using a smaller plate to contain food. If your eating chips, rather than eating out of a large bag (and emptying the whole thing) take a handful of it and put it into a small bowl. Limit yourself just to that bowl.

      • Yes you can lose weight eating "only" junk food, but you are not accounting for your health in every other aspect.
