Great game, great price especially for a brand new copy!! For $4, you really can't go wrong.
Also, the availability of the game seems plentiful with many stores in each capital city stocking it. Otherwise you can pay to get it shipped to you for $2.50.

For those who are actually considering this purchase, but don't have a PS2 at their disposal I would recommend the use of an emulator.
Personally, I've found success in the simplicity of the PCSX2. Fairly easy setup, it does, however, require additional files which are required to validate the unit as a 'legitimate' PS2 console. You can easily find these files elsewhere on other websites - it becomes fairly apparent what file you need when you read the guide

Yep.
However, Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 and Fifa 2014 will probably be the last games that will come out for this system.

I must say, I found it strange that the PS2 would use USB inputs instead of PS/2 inputs. Back in the day.
