99c New Releases Rental From Blockbuster in Pyrmont (Sydney)

150

I guess this is a localised offer but I think it is still a good one.
If you live in Sydney CBD, you can get a new release on Saturday and return it on Sunday.

Not sure how many DVDs you can get out at any one time though.

  • Personally I'm never fussed if it's a localised deal. I'm in Melbourne and can't use it - but I still think it's a great deal for those who can. +ve from me.

    • thanks for the vote. Appreciate it…

  • +1

Nice one! This store is just down the road from me :D

    cheers

  • My local stores (Civic & Video Ezy) accept all vouchers. Hope they will take this.

    • worth a try…
That Blockbuster also accept all other vouchers….

Let us know if it does work :)

  • This deal is made even better by the fact that Newtown Civic Video will accept this as a compeditor's coupon and it beats the coupons they put in my letter box by $1. Thanks Heaps for the alert ;)

  • How are they even making any money out of this? Don't rental DVDs cost $100+ to purchase with the rights to rent it out? They'd have to rent the one DVD out for over 3 months before they even made cent.

    Any wonder Blockbuster is dying.

  • I live in Pyrmont, that Blockbuster shop has been closed for a few weeks now. Their vidoes are still in the shop but the shop is just closed, no notice on their windows as to what is happening with their business. Have used a few of the vouchers at Broadway Blockbuster - some staff would accept the voucher some wouldn't. The voucher that I have is valid till 27 Jul 2009, but I guess it is useless.
