  I think for some reason its set to 5 characters. Try adding a full stop or a space after the 4 numbers.
  
  Also, not sure if promo is legit - never heard of the company. Used a fake fb account to test anyway.

Works if you do what oswade says. However, it led me to all other types of promotions, I would keep away from this unless you want to be harassed by marketeers.
