Have been following those headphones closely. Always been available the cheapest from Amazon IT but until recently would not ship to Aus… Was stoked to find out the other day that now they do.

Closest price is grey import from eGlobal or Value Basket ~$345
Not sure if available locally anywhere but last I heard they were meant to be sold $400+

      I presume the warranty is a normal Australian warranty — the "ce_clearance" store is operated by Crest, who are the official distributors of Phillips headphones in Australia. They also provided a tax invoice last time I bought through them.

      They state this on the eBay page:

      All items come with the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee and our CE Clearance 30 Day faulty returns and replacement warranty unless advertised otherwise. The returned and replaced product must be in original packaging, contain proof and date of purchase (a copy of receipt) and in as new condition. Contact us for a reply paid return if your item is faulty, we recommend upgrading to registered post for security and traceability. ACL: The Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee: All items are supported with the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
