    I think the "daily/sensitive/whitening" modes actually refer to different types of brush heads.

  For those without membership note that chemist warehouse has this for $99. Although having read the reviews at the oral b's own website (average rating 1 out of 5 - it seams they regularly fail after 6 months - see http://www.oralb.com.au/products/pc3000/#news-0) you may decide not to bother.

    We've had ours for nearly two years now — still going strong. I would suppose those who comment are the ones who've gotten lemons. Normally, satisfied people don't bother to comment or make noise.

    i bought one from costco, it only lasted 90 days, but costco has a good return policy so i just retured the junk

    Funny that. I bought these and the charger failed in almost exactly 2 years. Fortunately it was still 1 week in the warranty period and I got a new set.

    Although I got lucky this time, I'll probably not buy another set of oral Bs again.
