Bought a laptop from their 5 years ago, will never buy again

Bought extended warranty, laptop failed within extended warranty period so I contacted the 3rd party warranty company however I was told the laptop was not covered because its a grey import. laptop issue was never resolved by the company, I just gave up on the issue after awhile.

I would never deal with these guys again
