  • nice was looking for some multi's

  • Those prices are amazing. I would only caution that last time I bought a very cheap Blackmores multi, it only had about 2 months left on the use-by date (which I noticed after I got home). 2 months might be enough in some cases, but this was a 90 day multi!

    • I agree

I've bought instore before and i always check the use by dates and i've come across items that are a few months before they expire, so buyer beware (or just double check).

      I've voted +ve as i think it's still a great bargain though

  • Hi Guys,
Where on the site does it say 50% off Blackmores?

  • looks like its in-store only. and if its 3 day sale, starts tomorrow.

looking at some of the items, some are less than 50% anyway online.

  • I'm studying Pharmacy and although as good the bargain seems it's often close to its use-by date and they're getting rid of new stock. They're also using BMs as draw-cards cos they want you to come into the store to buy other things. Buyer beware that's all. Still an awesome bargain if you're needing vitamins.

    • I wish all the stores did a %50 on some worthy products and I will be drawn to the store every single time and won't mind doing it at all.

I am not into vitamins stuffs but due to this bargaina dn due to having a store close by I will go and have a look.

      Thanks again for the bargain

    • I work for this group and we specially ordered fresh stock 2 days ago from Blackmores to refill our shelves in order to keep up with demand.
Thanks for the warning though, it's always a good idea to check the expiry date of all products before you decide to purchase it.

Being a future pharmacist, you should also include the Brand, Generic, Strength, Dose form, Quantity as well as the expiry date.

As some people have mentioned, the discount is 50% off the Blackmore's R.R.P., not off the shelf price.

There are still heaps of really good deals on BM procucts at this time.

  • +1

Woolworths also has 50% off if you purchase 2 or more Blackmore products.

    Thanks for the bargain!

I just went and bought some essentials and they all had good use by dates (2010+). I also saw one of the shop girls stocking up with new stock so I believe this deal is genuine…

    Nice find

  • This is really cheap. Its probably better to get it from chemist warehouse than at wooly's, because u dont have to buy more than one. I just got some today too, none of which were short dated, the have 2010 expiries. REAL GOOD FIND!!

Actually, nearly everything they have in there is cheaper than other places, so I'm glad they drew me in with this sale otherwise i would never have noticed how much cheaper i could get this stuff.

    THANKS!

I think some are cheaper at Woolworths after 50% off, if you buy a lot, better have a check.

  • Picked on up, 180 tablets is about $28. Its recommended retail price not shelf price. The shelf price was $38. mmm that would of been good for $19

  • 50% off RRP so the final price still quite high.

  • so is this working online?

  • yup it is
the promotion does not seem to be listed
but the prices for blackmore products seems to have the 50% off

  • Just went to the Chemist Warehouse @ Chatswood, and they definitely have fresh stocks that they appeared to be replenishing the shelves with (though the more popular ones are sold out with no ETA for new stock yet).

Two things to be aware of:

    • There were signs all around the place saying that customers were limited to a maximum of two of each item.
    • Across the road on Victoria Ave there is a Mr Vitamins store and they too were selling Blackmores at 50% off RRP. If you can't find what you're looking for at Chemist Warehouse then you can check at Mr Vitamins. Not sure if it is being done in all stores.

Not a bargain at all. I have searched one of my usually intake vitamin which is Blackmores Multi Vitamin & Mineral Sustained Release Tablets 180 . it costs 37.39 on the site (chemistwarehouse.com.au) where i usually buy it somewhere else for $35.37 (mr vitamins at chatswood, sydney )
i know it is only different a couple of dollars but it adds up to quite a price when you spend over $100-$300 where you could end up an extra vitamins if you buy with your consicious mind

no matter when the promotion ends, i believe that their price is still so dear.
well just a reminder to all buyers out there to be extra deligent when you do your shopping. It is marketing strategy to attract buyers attention with this kind of discount. where they could end up increasing their price at the begining and then put Huge discount sign to attract buyers where they promotion saying massive discount etc

one of my favourite shopping online for vitamins is http://www.mrvitamins.com.au

i suggest that compare their price against the site and then you can judge your decision where to buy

    • You are missing the point! The deal is about 50% off in store, which ends on Sunday. Their online price is irrelavent in the case.

  • In addition to that, to be eligible for the maximum 40% off, which garners you the $35.37, you have to spend $600 in rrp. Thus you would have to get 12 of your 180 tablet bottles to score $35.37.
If you bought one bottle, you would only save 10% off RRP.
… not to mention your standard things like wait times, shipping, face to face contact. etc etc

    Thumbs up for this deal

  • "My Chemist" has the same deal. Don't know for how long though.
