"Ships when GTA VI gets released"

  • Nothing but fast shipping from CoTD for me!

    • CoTD seem to have lifted their game when it comes to shipping — my 3 orders with them this year were all delivered in 3 days to Sydney.

That is a good delivery time for COTD. I ordered Assassin's Creed IV on the 6th still nothing:( I'm in Sydney. Hopefully Monday..

        • did you enable tracking?

        • +1

Just had a look at the tracking. Says Tue 10 Dec 2013 16:4 Shipping information received by Australia. So I'm guessing it will arrive next week.

      • Too Bad they lifted their game now, ive already had a bad experience and will never buy from them again. Im sure im not the only one, but good to hear therv grown some brains

Worked out $16.32 delivered for me. Had $30 store credit on my account for some reason.

    • You made 3 orders last weekend :P

      • +2

Thanks. I did make 3 orders but didn't know I was getting a credit for each order I placed.

Just checked mine and I got $20 sweet. Didn't even know :)

  • aww man, i just paid $70 delivered for this a few weeks ago :( boy do i feel like a sucker…

  • A $39 price tag looks really nice until you calculate your shipping. This is indeed a great deal though!

    • +1

For me it's $46.32 shipped, which is cheaper than any new or second hand version of the game I could find… so good deal!

      • Same here (Sydney), good deal, just hope it will arrive before Christmas.

  • I paid $ 34 USD from PSN

    • How's the pop in?

I bought mine from psn to begin with then ended up buying the disk version as the pop in on the psn version was terrible.

      • Pop in? What do you mean?

The texture rendering is fine. I didn't have any issues.
I'm on the current up to date firmware.

        • Yeah objects and textures, it's meant to be not great. Which is why most people stuck to the combo of HD + DISC.

I've had no dramas with COTD shipping and when there are issues, customer support has been quick to rectify or refund me. Very much enjoy dealing with them. This for $47 delivered was a no brainer especially after the hassle I ended up with trying to get my $62 PS3 GTA V from an eBay seller! Thanks Op.

  • Silly question but can you play GTA V online?

    • Yes but you need to purchase a XBOX Live Gold Subscription from Microsoft.

    Good price.
I got Assasin's Creed IV for the same price ($39) but it included shipping.
Ordered on the 6/12 and Received 7 days late on 13/12.
Only problem I have is that is clearly pictured an Australian copy yet I was sent an NTSC-J copy.

    From COTD:
Please note - this game is NTSC region, and is compatible with PAL (Australian) Xbox 360 consoles.

Makes it a bit harder to trade into EB and JB.

    • How does it affect any DLC, does it still work OK?

      • I bought AC4 Black Flag in the same circumstances, I had no issues using the DLC codes.

  • I'm willing to sell a copy for 40 pm me, pickup wynyard avail now

They have sent me a NTSC J version of this game. Will this work on Australian consoles?

  • +1

I just received mine today (20/12/13) and ordered on 14/12. Only thing concerning is it's NTSC/J. I haven't opened the packaging yet but can't find anything to indicate it would work on my Australian X360. Any ideas?

EDIT: Above mentioned response from COTD says it should work

    • The response I received from COTD was not definitive, I was told to let them know if there was a compatibility issue. This was bought for my nephew so I won't know till next week.

guys, with ntsc j games, always try play asia for compatibility checks, its not 100% for all games, but its fully compatible for your au console http://www.play-asia.com/grand-theft-auto-v-paOS-13-49-en-70…

      • Thanks for confirming.
