With Christmas fast approaching, we've got a fantastic 2 day deal on our Zimbabwe Peaberry which is only $24.95 and now including a 70gm sample pack of our new Desiree Blend. We've adjusted this blend to include beans from Uganda, Burundi and Zimbabwe and its a deliciously sweet and well-balanced combination that's great either black or white. The Zimbabwe Peaberry is also a very versatile, top quality bean with a delicious slight grapefruit acidity leading into a nicely balanced combination of malt and cocoa before a smooth finish. This is also fantastic either with or without milk.
All orders will be roasted asap and we will endeavour to do all we can to get your orders to you before Christmas, however, at this stage for regions including North Queensland and WA we wouldn't be able to guarantee this due to current postal peak times, however if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Just a note regarding my last order from you guys.

    You asked for a billing address (website) and a shipping address (paypal). These can be quite different things for some people, including me. The parcel was sent to my billing address and with the combination of not being at the address, getting a calling card and organising redelivery (since when does this take 3 days?), it look more then a week and a half from when you shipped it to me drinking it.

    Although not a major concern, there is a fairly basic solution. Please ensure that you ship to the shipping address!

    Good Coffee got some last time, and just ordered again.
    A little Tip add 4 X 250gm bags to your cart and they will part it out into the bags for you so it stays fresh 250gm fits perfectly in my machine.

          We're so sorry for taking this long to get back to you, but assure you we are doing all we can to chase up your order which has been listed as last being at the sorting center. We did roast and send your last order out with AusPost to your PayPal address and its highly disappointing that yet again the shipment never arrived. It's now the third shipment from AusPost that this has happened with in the last couple of weeks, which is extremely frustrating to say the least. We've just put a replacement order in the roaster and will be sending it again this afternoon and we'll also put in an extra bag of coffee as well, so look for that to be in the satchel as well. We had to change from Couriers Please once we relocated as they don't service our current address and have been relying on AusPost thus far however will be attempting to switch to FastWay.
          It really is disappointing and frustrating to us to hear customers have such experiences as we always strive to give a seamless purchase/delivery experience and after this happening it really does annoy us to put it mildly. Once again, to say we're sorry is an understatement, and assure you your replacement delivery is on the way, which we'll also post from a different Post Office shop to see if that helps. Once this has been done, we'll provide you with the tracking number as well."

          My wife and I love these beans, and were really disappointed as we thought that we could not get more.

          You have to feel sorry for these guys, and I will report when they arrive.
