  Sorry I must give a negative vote. Got one of these from a previous deal. Brother in law locked his keys in his car. I said, hang on, try this. One big whack, no damage to the car window but the unit fell apart. Rubbish.

  avoid purchasing from them for the following reason;

  1. tried purchasing on their website but items selected didn't appear in the checkout via paypal. this was experienced with another fellow oz-bargainer. even after logging into their account the problem still existed https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/125919
  2. Got an email from the 11 days later saying they didn't have stock and wanted to propose a different item.
  3. selected a different item (different to what they proposed) which was actually the same item from my original order BUT they now wants me to pay the difference because it seems the promotion ended. no explanation given from rep.

  below is the full email correspondence with private information revmoved;

  Hi Tiffinny,

  I would mind paying the difference because,

  1. I submitted my order on the 8th of December and agreed to purchasing item number 60647 at a promotional price of $4.18 USD
  2. Your website indicated you had stock when i submitted my purchase AND IS STILL showing "In Stock" RIGHT NOW but no longer at the promotional price. Are you not willing to honor the sell?
  3. I did not purchase item 60649, where did you even get that from?
  4. Item number 60416, 20632, 60647 were purchased at a total price delivered as per attached screen capture for your ease of reference.
  5. Screen capture also indicates "Typically shipped within 3 to 7 calender days from ordering." I placed my order on the 8th of December as confirmed by Paypay yet your first contact was on the 19th, that is clearly outside the agreed period and you or one of your representatives should have made contact far in advance.

  What is even more disturbing is you are giving me an impression of selling one item and realizing a pricing error and pretending it's out of stock in order to sell another item which I bought for 4.48USD but now you're charging me the full commercial price at 8.13USD.

  Customer service is not acceptable, check with your superiors for correct procedure before responding to me.

  I do not wish to escalate this matter as it is a season of festive and giving and am willing to forgive the trouble caused IF you can dispatch my original order.
