Indeed a good price and if I didn't sneak in with the black Friday deal of unlimited for $55 for the life of the account I would have snapped

  No, there are a lot of effected ones, and all Highwinds resellers are usually the worst, of which NewsgroupDirect is one.
  Sometimes take downs happen quickly, then not at all.

I see why people have more than one provider.
I got the 2TB deal, disabled my Astraweb servers in SABnzb after adding e four Newsgoupdirect ones, first two files I tried to download timed out.

Turned Astra back on, and got them straight away.
News is cheaper so I will use that as primary and Astra as the reliable backup.
