Just a quick post as I'm on my mobile. I've been looking for a solid phone for my mother and with the recent $40 drop in price, this is a clear winner.

  How does it go on Optus network ?

    Supports 4G at 1800 Mhz, and Optus 3G bands also, though Ive only used it on Telstra, where I've gotten 50 Mbps via speedtests on 4G.

  I can attest to the quality of this phone. Brilliant screen quality, although some reviews will knock iy for the pentile matrix format, still bright and brilliant being an OLED.

  Snappy performance, reasonable camera quality on the latest software (4.1.2), and the battery life has been the biggest surprise, very respectable Easily rootable too for those who want to do so. Better size in all honesty than the S4, which I honestly find a touch too big, and I have very big hands, I have been tempted to switch to this as my primary phone.

  I got this phone a few weeks ago during their last deal. Build quality is great but I am about to return it as I have had no end of trouble with reception dropping in and out. Hopefully I just got a dodgy handset and the next one is better
