    Cool I was looking at getting a HDMI switch any one vouch for this model?
    Seems to be a good price but I don't know about plugging my new ps3 and super expensive Gaming pc into this but then aren't all the other models basically this with a brand name on top?
    Also does this model need a Power source or will the power coming from HDMI be sufficient?
    Anyone wanna explain why I'm getting negged? Thanks.

    I got one of these its good it automatically switches to the device that turns on I never use the remote for it I just let it switch itself to whatever I turn on.

    doesnt need any power just hdmi.

    might buy another now as a spare

    Does anyone know where I can get a good quality, reliable HDMI switcher that has at least 4 inputs and 2(!) outputs? I bought one off eBay but its shoddy and for some reason loses the signal after about 2 hours.

    I have 2x PS3s, 1x PS4, 1 x Xbox One and 1x Wii U, so got one of these. It can't handle all five at once, going into a mode where the input lights cycle quickly and repeatedly, and so do the selected inputs.

    I tried swapping cables, all sorts of things, but as soon as five are connected it freaks out - it will accept any combination of four of the consoles just fine.

    Admittedly I may have a dud, but just putting it out there. Meanwhile, these crazy cheap eBay three-in one-out ones work a treat - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3-Port-1080P-Video-HDMI-Switch-Sw….

        I need that many consoles as reviewing games is part of my job.

        Obviously I don't play them all at once, but I only have three HDMI inputs into my receiver, and about eight HDMI things wanting to be plugged into it. :)

        Also, as an addendum to my post above, I only have one console turned on at any time, but the cycle still happens with a fifth thing plugged in.
