  Thanks OP for sharing this! Some of the controls on this are really not intuitive (was a pain getting used to toggling the side bar on/off). But once you get used to it, it's really neat to have.

  I would say OneNote effectively makes my iPad a workmate :-) And this app allows offline creation of OneNote notebooks.
