Easy to use. My decorative lamp (wedding present) was unusable without this adapter. I'm pleased with it. Delivered in time. The price was low. Recommended product.

Hmmmm…. Looks interesting but since I still haven't received my last order placed back on 21-MAR-2013…
(After 30+ emails and never having gotten past the typical TinyDeal response of "Sorry for your inconvenience. Could you please wait for more days?")

    I doubt I'll be taking the chance….

    • firstly please keep my “sorry” about your order, and sorry for the trouble we brought to you. We want that every parcel from tinydeal can be delivered to the hand of every tinydeal customer safely with our best wishes, which is also my best expectation. But sometimes, you know, there will always be some troubles unpredictably happened during the shipping, so we recommend you to use the registered air mail with tracking number, that’s a safer delivery method!

Please give your order number to me, and i will check it for you.

      • are you saying jetsom is at fault because he didnt choose registered mail?

its been almost 10 months! people expect to get it within 1 month.

what you should do is a) give the man his money back right away or b) resend the item with express shipping at no cost to him

tracking wont work as its mostly will end in china/hk

same thing happened to me with another seller and ill guarantee you i will warn everyone

      • Haven't had a response from my pm so I thought I'd post the order details here…

I've used a few of these for the last few years, purchased from unknown eBay seller for about the $1 mark I think… Anyway my point is not price as I'm sure they're all from the same factory anyway, I wanted to say that out of the 6 I purchased, all are still working fine.

I heard that these can melt and fail but that's never been the case for me. Perhaps it depends on the bulb being used. Only incandescents could be dangerous but all the CFL's and LED's I've used work fine 2 years on. Pretty awesome for the price, especially in a house like mine where each room goes from E27 to B22, I think the sparky was playing a joke on the builder or something.

For the record, these are (technically) not legal in Australia.

    • So what is legal?

Socket replacement? Can we find them for $1-$2 each?

      • +1

Probably a few dollars + $200 for an electrician to replace it.

        • I don't know who is talking about E27 to become a standard… But Bunnings is selling B22 sockets only.

    • Could you be more specific? What is not legal about them?
      Honestly interested.

Also, didn't even know these existed!
