When there's something wrong with the deal and it has been reported, but not yet actioned, I would like to see an indicator near the report button to this effect. Potentially will saves multiple reports being made on the same deal. ie less for moderators to trawl through.
Sometimes there's a comment that something is wrong that can only be fixed with a report, but you can't tell if the person already reported it or not.
I think multiple number of reports can be used to indicate the "urgency" of the situation. So may be it is desireable.

That's a pretty good idea. I have noticed some duplicates in the past and thought 'there are probably a bunch of other people that have just reported this dupe, so I won't bother the mods.'
Definitely, definitely, report anyway. We get around 1000 reports a month. The more reports we see for an issue, we will see it as prioritized.

We've just rolled out some new code this morning, for logged-in users, there should be a (x pending) next to the report link that shows the number of pending reports. If you hover over that text, you'll see the last reported time as well.

To see if moderators are being slack. Just kidding. Since the description can be edited, it may be useful to deduce which revision was reported.

If you click on the (x pending) next to the report link, it should now bring up a tooltip that tells you number of reports grouped by reason, and the last reported time.
Great feature. So minute yet I have used it once or twice since implemented. It's good to know why people report things.
