          Finally heard back from Myer customer service today. They've offered the shirt at $20 with free delivery (I had already ordered others).

          However also note the prices have gone back to $45 - OP time to mark as expired.

      I think its towards the end - I put in my myer one card details and under that you were able to add coupon codes from memory. Under where you select which store to pick up from.

    just an FYI with the sizing… i tried these on instore and needed to go at least 1 size up… usually i am l-xl but needed an xxl.

    they are great quality polos…

      just to be precise;

      the shirt sleeve is too tight, thus requiring a size up,
      else the shirt itself isn't a tight enough fitting at all.

    Parramatta has it at the original price.
    I tried them on but nothing seems fitting. I'm 181cm and 80kg with a little bit of tummy. Large size seems a little tight. XL is too long. May be I'm not cool enough for Ben Sherman :(

      there is a quality difference though. the $10 ones are terrible.. they don't keep their shape and after a few washes you can see colour fading and some scruffed edges around the collar. for $80 i wouldn't touch it but $20 for a reasonably quality polo is a good deal

    Placed an order, got an order number and confirmation on the screen, but haven't seen anything come through via email as promised nor is it showing under my account's order history. Anyone else experiencing this?

      Same here, except I didn't even get to the order confirmation screen after paying through PayPal. The only reason I knew it went through was by looking at PayPal and seeing the money sent.

          I think the pickup date was the date we chose when checking out. For me, the earliest date the form allowed was 18 Jan. Since that falls on a Saturday, I changed it to 20th (Monday).
          Happy when I got the email saying it was ready to pick up earlier. Picked up from Sydney City Myer.

    I never received any eMails from Myer (notification to pick-up or a receipt). I was told that I needed these in order to pick-up my Polo Shirts.

    Well, after two calls to Customer Service (Saturday and today), I went to the Bondi Junction store with only a copy of my PayPal Payment.

    The lay-by staff located my order and gave me the two Polo Shirts. They had the original $60 price tags attached. The Medium Size looks like it will be fine for my son.

    I just swapped two polo's for a larger size in different colours that were not one sale with no issues.
