    I've previously used VPNs with GMG without any problems.

    But as a site that sells CD-Keys, i assume you can probably dispute the transaction/chargeback through Paypal or Credit Card provider for goods not delivered.

    I use my VPN without thinking. If GMG really cared they would at least go to the same effort that steam does. Your registered address needs to meet your ip locale

  I tried using a vpn and all worked well until paying with paypal. Then I get a "Oops, we cannot compute!" error. Tried about 6 times and switched to Chrome but still errors.
  Do you need to use a U.S. PayPal account?
