Just came home from Bunnings Taren Point NSW,where I usually see these wipes on "special" for more than $4.90. Today the special was real, only $2.45 a pack ;)

Sorry to rain on your parade but Coles have the 25pk for $2.50 as part of their 50% off specials.

    • Will Bunnings price match?

Coles has the 12pk as well, bought 1 in store yesterday

      • So, are you guys saying that Coles sells both 12 and 25 pack at the same price? Cause if the price of the 25 pack is correct, $2.50 would me much more than just 50% off

Sorry to prove you wrong but Coles has got the 12 pack for $2.50 and not the 25 pack(wich would be an awesome bargain) No way the 50% discounted 25 pack can cost $2.5, the current catalogue shows the 12 pack on special for that price

Yep just had a look and it is the 12 pack. Might tell the OP of that deal to change it. :)
        EDIT: You already did, haha.

Whats wrong with newspaper for cleaning the bbq?

Give lemon or grapefruit a go … grab some from a friend/neighbour/your tree (don't pay $1.50 a lemon !)…cut them in half and when the bbq is hot rub it over the grill/plate…cleans it up nicely with a fresh citrus smell ..chemical free.

    • Yes, especially after bbq-ing fish/seafood, no more fishy smell.

      • vinegar works really well too, and is far cheaper and easier

        • even just water and some paper works a treat when the bbq is cooling down, you don't have to buy expensive wipes or more expensive fruit. But those wipes are really good not only for the inside of the bbq but also for the outside where lemon and grapefruit can't clean.

      chemical free.

      Citric acid?

      • Oh but it's natural chemicals haha

  • Will give that a go for sure. Nice tip thanks:)
