This is a great deal if you're looking to get into VOIP (ie. cheap interstate calls!)…
Don't expect this to solve all the problems as it's a pretty basic setup - but gets you to know the ins and outs of VOIP… I would recommend it to people wanting to try it out, but don't expect to stay with the company once you know what you want from VOIP.

Yea - but what do you really expect for $10? Once you've got used to how the VOIP thing works you can do some more investigation into other products.

I wonder whether MyNetFone has ways to unlock those ATA devices like how phone network unlocking mobile phones. Or just search "unlock MyNetFone V100" on your favourite search engine to see what you can dig up.
