      You do not need to install GO Launcher Prime just use the link in the OP then apply the code.

      Forgot69's Prime link (2nd one) is to a Getjar version, not sure if it is compatible with the "appsales" code

        You're correct "o z bargain". No need for GO Launcher Prime. It did work with that Getjar version, not sure how I managed that. :/ Off to bed with me! Please feel free to neg my comment as it's not useful advice.

    OP Thanks for the posting! When I tried to install GO launcher prime it asks for $6.58 payment and there is nowhere I could enter Enter Activation code - “appsales”. in the to buy and if I am in the Preferences > About GO Launcher EX > Enter Activation code - “appsales”.
    Am I missing something here…or is it because I already have GO launcher Ex installed already prior to offer?

      You need to install "GO Launcher EX" then enter the code to upgrade to Prime. Just follow the link in the OP for the right app.

    For anyone who already had the free version and wants to upgrade, a simple uninstall and reinstall did the job, no need to remove the app from your Google play library.

      Click on the menu button after you run the Go Launcher EX, there should be preference.

    Nice that it's a freebie but I don't like this app. Installs a million BS Playstore links, and not intuitive at all to use or configure. Also slowed my Nexus 7 significantly, and doesn't clean up after itself when uninstalling (screen background etc)

      I completely agree - didn't like it at all. Everything seems to be a paid add on. For example, it talks about the great 3d shell, however that is another $12, and the great themes, but you only get 3, otherwise another couple of dollars each.
      And like others have mentioned, it didn't uninstall properly, even after rebooting the phone, the picture on my background has changed and the phone is is stuck loading. Not sure how to fix.

      Yep, not a good look after the relatively clean and neat HTC skin. Not to mention it removed my BlinkFeed with no apparent way to bring it back! About to uninstall. Wish me luck!

    Excellent App. Installed—> crap —> uninstalled. This app was overlayed ontop of my normal one, slowed down the phone, required to install more crapware. New app shortcuts created which resulted in more downloads. Otherwise a great app.

    I am a Nova fan who has used the paid version for more than an year. With this app you need to spend a lot of time customizing. But worth it I think. Sort out folders by yourself. Change grids just like Nova. Compared to Nova, transition animations are good. Don't bother downloading the carpware that it shows soon after installing or any other crap it recommends.

    This can be made to behave exactly like Nova launcher easily. You do that then no battery drain or more ram usage. If you want more from it then YES performance of your phone will take a hit and battery will suffer.

    It's OK, but misses a lot of features other launchers have while at the same time bloating itself with addons. Also is always full of bugs. eg tested today on 2012 Nexus 7 and the app drawer will not open.

    You really can't beat NemusLauncher. Has all you could want like folders and resize-able widgets, Jelly Bean features for older Android versions etc, and will speed up what ever Android device you have.

    Loved their apps til they got more and more bloated and things that were advertised as free were actually "bought" by earning coins (by installing other crapware that you don't need).

    I switched to Nova Launcher. It runs more smoothly and uses less resources. No tricks, no deception, just a really great, functional launcher.

    If you like having control over your phone and hate bloat, stay away from GO products.

    Like almost every other person mentioned this launcher is pretty terrible.

    There is visible lag randomly that I have not experienced with any other launcher I've tried (ie. Nova, Apex, Action etc). It also tries to shove its own market, widgets and other paid addons down your throat. It seems the main draw for the launcher is its theme selection, but there is no way to filter free themes to download.

    For bloat-loaded launcher like this I cannot believe they actually dare to charge people for it normally. Not only that, the price is HIGHER than all of the others?!

    I cannot see anything this launcher has over any other launcher.
