    Has anyone received these yet? My order status has changed to 'shipped' a few days ago, but no sign of it just yet.

    • Nothing here yet. Got shipping notification on weekend and their website said 2-5 business days so hopefully tomorrow will be delivery date!

      • Thanks andyman1908, good to know - I'd be a bit concerned if it was just me. Would definitely be great to have the headset before the weekend.

    • Nothing for me still. Strange, that they were delivered by different couriers.

      EDIT: The fit is actually really important for in-ears - not just a comfort thing, but it can seriously impact the sound if not sealed properly, so unless the only pair that came with them fits you perfectly, I'd say this is a serious issue. May not matter quite as much considering the price, but would have been good to know this in advance so we could make an informed decision.
      As I understand it, from reviews and other sellers, these are made by he manufacturer with 3 sets of tips. Is this one a special Gadgets Boutique Edition?

      • got mine today, with three sets of tips. actually four sets include the pair already on the earphones.

        I have a little concern about the battery life, the instructions says charging time is three to four hours, but after less than one hour charging, mine indicate fully charged. It worked, but still testing whether it can last for Max.six hour.

        • I wouldn't worry about that. From what I remember, it was the same with my other bluetooth headphones when I first charged them, and I get the claimed 7 hours give or take.
          I'd be interested to know if there is an issue with your set though.

          Looks like I'm the only one who hasn't received these. I really hope I get them on Monday.

        • I got my sorry we missed u note in mail yesterday and picked up from aus post this morning.
          So yours can't be far away.

        • nothing wrong with the set, sound great, although there is a background noise when not playing.
          and IMO the srs 3d sound function makes sound worth, prefer to turn it off.

          I've been buying stuff on-line for 15 years, including internationally, and can hardly remember a time when something got lost.

        • Nope still nothing. Shipment confirmation also from January 31st. My post address is correct (Sydney) just the shipping time is far from the 2-5 days.

          I would definitely prefer if seller despite his "out of stock" issue tell me the truth, that they have to restock product and ship it to me in a reasonable amount of time, rather than sent me an confirmation email about my order was shipped.

          Couple of days ago I ordered some spare part to my PC from China and I have feeling, it would arrive before this sets of ear buds.

    As stated before, they are being sent out last week.

    All orders have been sent out as of last friday

    • I should also note, most orders was sent out first week of feb

      So the ones not yet received were the unfortunate ones, we ran out of satchels and the local post was out of satchels too!

      Sorry for the delay, we only have two pair of hands and last two week been super busy (on top of this sale)

        I am one of the "unfortunate ones", and while I sympathise with the relatively high volume and the fact that you probably didn't make much money on this special, the fact that all orders were sent out last Friday is simply not true, as mine (and I suspect I am not the only one) was never sent out, as confirmed by you in an email, despite the fact that you charged my card two weeks ago.

        If there was a problem with sending out the order, I should not have gotten an email saying it was shipped.

        You have previously said that you'd completely sold out of the items in this promotion. Isn't the fact that you still had some left in stock, after you thought that you'd sent them all out, a sign that some orders had not been fulfilled?

        The issue with satchels, is just poor planning on your part - it's not like you didn't know how many of them you would need ahead of time, especially when you expected this item. And I wouldn't have expected the local Post office to have hundreds of them sitting around.

        I won't even mention the issue of your system still taking orders after the stock had been sold out - enough has been said about this already.

        If you are running a business and want to build a loyal customer base, you'll have to do better than this.

          • Orders was made even when stock was listed as SOLD OUT, this caused a lot of problem with our inventory because it was in negative. Your card was charged, but the order was not processed.

          If there was a problem with sending out the order, I should not have gotten an email saying it was shipped.

          • We marked all delivery as sent, because we were able to fulfil the orders - despite the previous point of being over sold. Yes you should not have received the sent email. but likewise 80% of the order was in fact sent the first week - so the email was sent in bulk

          • Not true, some customer bought more than one, so we don't know how many satchel was needed. Also not true to allege local post have hundred in stock, franchised PO don't stock more than required.

          I'm addressing your concern not to say the delay was acceptable.

          Majority of order was processed promptly, if not, I'm sure you will read more than just a dozen or so complaints about delay.

          But because they should be addressed

        • Rep, still haven't got my order in Metro Sydney. Credit Card was charged and order marked as sent on Friday 31st January. Two weeks to date since order was supposedly 'shipped out'. Could you please look into the email that I sent you ASAP, as I'm not really happy with the way that this has been dealt with either. I understand with stock levels and postage issues, but sending a bulk email when clearly some parcels weren't sent is unacceptable. If you were going to do that, then you could have at least emailed those that hadn't had their orders sent out with a message to ignore it.

        • I made the order when the product was in stock and paid via CC on the spot.

          Just got confirmation that my order was never sent out and I have now cancelled my order.

          When rep said all orders were sent out last Friday, it is simple a lie. Again, I made the order when it was in stock.

          Also I've emailed them earlier in the week on tracking my order and they simple ignored that email.

          They also issued no apology. Really bad business practice.

          Shopbot, we didn't ignore your email. You asked for a refund and we processed it the same day. Your order wasn't sent, a mistake on our part. But you insisted on the refund, so we did.

        • Sent an email asking where is my order. They simply ignored it and didn't even attempt to address the mistake of not sending it out.

          Sent them another email to cancel my order and got an immediate response to refund with no reasoning behind it.

          Post a comment on oz and the rep for the first time admitted to the mistake. And the reason behind the mistake? Forget about it. Don't care anymore.

          Hope this is a lesson learnt for improvement to the business for the future (don't lie and response to emails)

        • I finally received my order this morning after contacting the store via email last week.
          I had also paid with a credit card when the item was still in stock.
          On balance, I am happy with the purchase, considering the price and trust the OP has learnt some valuable lessons.
