    I am not sure this is a bargain when you can buy it for $298 with a simple Google search (free pickup in Victoria)

    can I check if:

    The keys are actually wieghted (as you are using another way of saying it, I want to make sure we are ttalkig about a weighted key piano)

    and if a sttand is available for this and if so how much is it?

      Hello Jackson,
      The Yamaha description states :

      "The lower keys are heavy in touch and the higher keys are light, just as on an actual piano, whilst retaining the soft touch of a digital keyboard."

      So the keys are that of a keyboard, and not weighted like a graded hammer action digital piano, however, the keys are still structured to simulate the dynamics of playing a piano. Meaning, they are not only touch responsive (the harder/softer you press on the keys , the louder/softer the sound output) but they have a different feel on the lower keys, to the higher keys.
