The page says that the voucher for the key (not sure if they mean the key itself) expires on the 14th of February…has there been any precedent for Steam keys expiring?

does anyone know where on steam store's website do i entered the code that i received from bundlestar? i am at the checkout screen and also the review page but for the life of me, just can't find the box to enter the code
Go to the Games dropdown menu and click Activate a Product on Steam.
I cannot see "Activate a product" under the "Games" dropdown menu on the website. I was wondering the same thing as corrad, but apparently there is no way to activate a game unless you're using the steam client, according to this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/86497058719884…
