    does this include use of a foaming brush to be rubbed on the car or is the soap sprayed and washed with a cloth

      This is a drive through automatic car wash. Your car is on a conveyor as it goes through each station.
      After the wash there are also free (no cost) vacuums to use.

      or perhaps, injury or age reduces your ability to do this. Or maybe like me you don't have water /drainage access near where you park your car.

        Yeah, that might describe 10% of patrons. The other 90% are perfectly capable of doing it themselves but they're just lazy. And how does no access to water or drainage not allow you to wash it in the street using buckets?
