  Is there a weight limit for the second person? Tiger charge per milligram when it comes to excess baggage.

  If you look closely the little "2 people travel" tag isn't on the PER-SIN flight so it must not be included. If you try and book within the dates specified it just gives the normal price. Also if you try to book one of the actual 2-4-1 deals, it doesn't seem to work when booking online.
