Ozbargainers deserve the moon, space and beyond. Beam us up Scotty. There are about 40 books in various formats (PDF, iOS, Kindle, ePub). I've provided the links to some books below. My favourites are the first two - project management and the amazing Earth As Art images (five are Australian). Do check the size of the files before downloading. Some PDF files are 100 to 200 MB.

Thanks jv. I'm honoured. In the words of Ole Blue Eyes, “You may be a puzzle, but I like the way the parts fit.”

    • For free PDF eBooks on various Sciences (including aerospace), cf:

They sell their dead-tree editions, but, in same listing,
offer free PDF eBook edition, of most books (eventually).

Also, a reminder of David MacKay's free PDF edition of:

      • "Sustainable Energy - Without the Hot Air" free from here:

…in which he computes required land areas for various
types of Sustainable Energy sources, & suggests Nuclear
as a necessity, due to its "Energy Density."

(His work's only "fault" is in its timing: pre-Fukushima
& B4 grassroots demands for "Energy from Thorium" (LFTR)

Sorensen's "Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactors" (LFTRs) talk:

…downloadable by the free "WinX YouTube Downloader")

PS I happen to think Sorensen deserves a Nobel Peace Prize
for contributions to peace, ie, promoting his flavor of
      Energy from Thorium (ie, LFTRs).

It's a shame nobody (in the West at least) cares about space exploration anymore. Governments have ceased to be visionary and now only care about rolling out their addictive socialist programs, expanding the size and scope of the State, and socially 'reengineering' the populace into politically correct ninnies who are unable to think for themselves.

I recall how people were excited once about the possibility of terraforming Mars and mining asteroids, but now the only thing that excites people is 'welfare cheque' day.

    • Nice, time to use the Downthemall extension and grab everything.

      • Beware, the link to NASA_TBOOK_TEACHER_ibook.zip is duplicated (600+MB download)

  • These books are out of this world :P
