  Good find OP, some notable games also on sale from that site are Bioshock Infinite ($9.99) and the GOTY edition of borderlands 2($19.99)

        I don't know. They are very much a US based operation from what I gather. They also provide subscription services. If you are paying by credit card I suspect perhaps because it's an AU credit card it's putting up red flags? I used PayPal and had no issues, but I am a returning customer too.
