If you need to stock up on cotton tips for some reason, Target at Rockingham, WA had about 500 packs, reduced to $1. When I went to the register, there was a $1 discount applied*, which meant they were free. I questioned staff about it, and they said that head office must've set up the additional discount. I'm unsure if you need to buy something else for it to work.
So what the cash register person said?
Nothing. Zilch. Nadda.

Cheapest item out of the 3 is free.. Pretty standard once you realise the magic behind this.
buy 3 items pay for 2
so really the op should of bought the next size up.
3rd item must be of equal or lesser value and purchased in the same transaction.
Thus $1 off. $2 for lipstick is awfully cheap thus I think all 3 are clearance. Maybe OP can confirm?
Also, $1 for 200 Swisspers is a great price by itself. $3.19 at Chemist Warehouse

We buy these cotton buds, even at normal price.
Best, most absorbent cotton tip, and old-school non-plastic stem.
Great for everything, and far and away the best ones to use for cleaning electronic equipment, etc.
Will be much aggrieved if the product is discontinued altogether.
We roll our own…
You can also UNroll the wrapped-paper stems on these, if you're bored and have THAT much time on your hands!

Just called Toombul QLD store to check stock levels before I went hunting, spoke to "Peg" in cosmetics and she's found some more boxes "out the back" so there should be more $1 clearance stock on the shelves as of now.
Also there's jumbo packets of 400 for $3 which isn't as good a deal but still a good price if they run out.
Are those jumbo packs - 400 for $3 - actually the organic ones?
